Fayette County retired teachers hear about identity theft – The Record Herald

New IdentityTheft Scam

The 136-member Fayette County Retired Teachers Association had the opportunity on Feb. 1 to hear a sequel to a 2017 program on identity theft. Danielle Murphy (on right) from the Consumer Protection Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office returned to cover a variety of old and new scams that tend to target older people. Several times she encouraged her audience to “share this info with your family and friends.” Pictured with Murphy is FCRTA President Susan Stuckey (on left).
