The Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Protection Unit and the Federal Trade Commission will present a free consumer protection webinar about how people can avoid scams, protect their identities and recover from identity thefts. Fighting Consumer Fraud and Identity Theft in Delaware is set for 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 26.
Speakers include Christian Wright, Office of the Delaware Attorney General; Jon Miller Steiger, FTC East Central Regional Office; Christine R. Sauers, Better Business Bureau; Cynthia L. DePue, Legal Services Corporation of Delaware; Debbie Feierman, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services; and Patti Poss and Lisa Schifferle, FTC.
