Webcloak Available at Fry’s Electronics Locations Nationwide

New IdentityTheft Scam

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Webcloak, a USB device that provides simple, secure and anonymous Internet access for its user, will now be sold at Fry’s Electronics stores nationwide.

Webcloak

“We are excited to partner with Fry’s and have Webcloak readily available at all 34 Fry’s locations for customers to immediately take advantage of its internet safety and protection,” said Martin Dawson, founder and chief technology officer of Webcloak. “The Internet is a massive place with boundless threats to a user’s security, and Webcloak can provide crucial protection against hacking, spying, identity theft and much more.”

Webcloak is a USB device that creates an impenetrable barrier between a user’s machine and the Web. With a combination of proprietary hardware, encryption, and secure access software, Webcloak provides a physical shield that allows users to safely and anonymously browse the Internet with no risk of viruses, data theft, or identity theft. Webcloak also protects a computer from hostile players by stopping any incoming access to the host machine when accessing the internet.

The product offers three main features: SafeVault, SafeKeeper and SafeWeb – a secure, encrypted drag and drop file store; a secure, encrypted password keeper for storing passwords and account numbers; and a customized browser that creates a safe, secure and anonymous browsing environment, respectively. Webcloak is backed up using SafeCloud, which allows users to synchronize their device and control multiple devices from the cloud.

Webcloak protects information as it travels to and from the Internet while hiding your identity online using its SafeChannel message encryption system. All data is encrypted using a customized version of AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256-bit encryption which is rated by the National Security Agency as top secret level encryption, their highest rating.

Webcloak was created by Dawson, who has software development experience that spans over 30 years and includes the creation of the first Internet interactive streaming media products, LearnFlow and Xstream Media. He created the first practical audio delivery technology that enabled streaming audio and the viewing of rich multi-media content over the Internet. Dawson has pioneered the technologies for delivering automated software updates over the Internet, and for delivering interactive media to web browsers.

Keeping an application running at scale can be a daunting task. When do you need to add more capacity? Larger databases? Additional servers? These questions get harder as the complexity of your application grows. Microservice based architectures and cloud-based dynamic infrastructures are technologies that help you keep your application running with high availability, even during times of extreme scaling.
But real cloud success, at scale, requires much more than a basic lift-and-shift migrati…
